Hi Tom,

I had a similar problem. After reading about it, it seemed the proper  
solution was to implement/configure ARC, but I didn't manage to do so  
properly, so in the end I configured the "New From name format" setting in  
the DKIM/DMARC/ARC section to "List", and after that we had no more missed  
emails. Not ideal, but it worked.

YMMV, maybe your issue is something completely different.
