The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Perhaps I just haven't mastered the art yet, despite running a Sympa server for a number of years.  What's the best way to match the Message-ID of the initial incoming post to all the subsequent messages to the list recipients?  If it matters, using Postfix as the MTA.  Is there a logging level for Sympa that would include that incoming Message-ID?  It would be nice if Sympa logged something like "incoming post of Message-ID X going out as Message-ID Y...."
