The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Soji,

Good news. We resolved the issue. After lots of troubleshooting, it was determined that there were corrupt emails in one list's archive. Once the emails from that archive were moved to a back up directory, the sympa-archives.service stopped failing.

Hello,

The sympa-archive.service has failed.

In the logs we are seeing this:

  DIED: Can't locate Encode/ISO2022JP2.pm 

We are on sympa 6.2.60 on CentOS 7 VM.

Are we missing an encoder module?

How did you install Sympa?

What is the version of MIME::Charset module?  If it is earlier than version 1.011.3, how about upgrading it to recent version?
