Yes, it is certainly possible but you must first precise how you consider gathering this information from your users.
The best option would be to ask for the birth date at subscription, then use it in the archive access scenario.
Problem: if the user edits this birthdate, she will be able to access the archives.
You could also cutsomize the _javascript_ to add a banner when accessing the archives.
What kind of security do you wish to enforce? a simple act of good faith from the user or actual protection?
