The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am new to sympa, so please bear with me.

I have setup sympa on FreeBSD with Apache-2.4.x and Exim-4.94.

I have two domains - sympa.domain1.name - this seems to work so far as sympa.domain1.name is in sympa.conf.

I have another domain - domain2.net and I have created listserv.domain2.net. I have an apache virtualhost for it, so the web UI is accessible.

I have created CONFDIR listserv.domain2.net and listserv.domain2.net/robot.conf containing:

wwsympa_url http://listserv.domain2.net/sympa

My problem:

1. I go to http://listserv.domain2.net/sympa

2. Click login, select first login, I enter my e-mail address then I click "request first password". 

I do not receive the mail, but sympa.log has:

So my questions:

1. Where is the mail disappearing to as it does not show in my MTA logs?

2. Can one instance of sympa host multiple domains/lists?

3. Worrying: If anyone knows the sympa URL, does it mean they can just create their own lists on the domain by just selecting "first login", enter their e-mail address, request first password and voila! ??
