Hello Steven,

we have a Sympa instance running on Centos 7 and there are other users which
are using RedHat based systems for Sympa.

You can install Sympa from RPM packages provided by the Sympa Community
(https://sympa-community.github.io/manual/install/install-sympa-distribution-rpm.html).

If you have specific questions / problems please let me know. I'm happy to
help.

Regards
Racke
