Since you've tried 4 times now try this:

Send empty email but with the subject line:

*******unsubscribe sympa-users******without all the stars

but send it to ****address@concealed**** also without the stars (I 
don't want to ****unsubcribe**** and hope no machine tries to parse this)

This works for most sympa mailing lists.
