The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

thanks for the tip. checked and found it's owned by sympa user and group, and was created during the source build. 

after bit of testing, I found..

1. sympa does not initialise/build the empty archive (unless it's default "html" mailing list which it initialises an empty archive and displays "empty_archive error"). 

2. if the mail is held for moderation and even it's a html mail it does not initialise the archive (during this time it displays "arc_not_found error")

3. while debugging, when called with -v option, my mhonarc binary emitted an program error (re-installing the distrib package fixed it). if this was the case, archive.service or wwsympa could have log it instead of the "err main::#1541" (possible improvement in error handling?)

btw, now the setup is working fine.

Please check whether the file permissions are correct for the archive folder arc/listone/2020-03 and the files inside
that folder.
