Dear Sympa,

a curiosity:

I've upgraded an rpm multi-domain installation (CentOS 7) due to "2020-001 Security flaws in CSRF prevension" from 6.2.48 to 6.2.52 and I've applied the patch.

I see that there is sympa 6.2.54 available but epel repo does not show it and so does "Copr repo for sympa-beta owned by xavierb" (btw, I've disabled sympa-ja.org.rhel.repo).

Is it just a question of time or am I doing anything wrong?

thank you
cheers
Stefano

The 6.2.54 update for EL7 has not been pushed to testing yet:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2020-471d8a7abd

You can get the EL7 build from Koji:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1472992

Actually, it's not been pushed to any Fedora/EL release yet:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=sympa

In the same manner as EL7, one can get the builds from Koji:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=29706

The copr repo contains builds generated from the same specfile, but are not subject to gating, as Fedora/EPEL is, so they are made available with no delay.

So yes, this is just a matter of time, you are not doing anything wrong.

Sorry for the somewhat delayed update, I was on vacation last week and could not attend to the update as quickly as I should have.

Regards,
Xavier
