Well it's a contact address for list owners. That means they could be 
contacted for anything related to their list, including datasource 
maintenance, GPDR enquiries, I don't know. And this would probably not 
come from a subscriber.

And by listmasters of course, but this would not be prevented in the code.

Maybe it should be scenario-governed ?
