The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

i can't figure if it's possible to notify people you subscribe using 
commandline : sympa --import=list@dom
People are subscribed, but no mail is sent and i can't find any config 
parameter to allow that, nor a proper method.
I need to create lots of lists and subscribe at the same time, at least one 
person per list.
