Hrm. I've run it several ways (sympa 6.2.24):

# sympa.pl --make_alias_file --robot my_list
# sympa.pl --make_alias_file --robot address@concealed
# sympa.pl --make_alias_file --robot my_list.mydomain.com

All it produces (in each temp file) is three lines. What have I done wrong?:

#
# Aliases for all Sympa lists open on my_list.mydomain.com
