Yes indeed, I know this post, it's me who posted it. And as I said, the only thing I have is the error page that appears on the browser and generates no log during the error. And as I mentioned on the github ticket, I tried to intentionally caused the error but still nothing in the apache error logs

Yes, it looks like there is a problem (see https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa/issues/743). Can you add the error
log message from your web server? Do you use shared documents on other lists?
