The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
I am unable to get moderated message confirmation to release a message.
When I send a message to my test list, syslog shows the message going
into 'Held' queue:

Jul 22 13:29:17 lists sympa_msg[13151]: notice Sympa::Spool::store()
Sympa::Message <address@concealed> is stored into
Sympa::Spool::Held as
<address@concealed>

I receive the moderator confirmation email and click the 'mailto:' link.
The message I get back is:

Unable to access the message authenticated with key
2a60da20ef9fda431eec917cbdb051c5. The message may already been confirmed.


But this message is still in auth spool. In fact, all the messages I try
to confirm are in auth spool (I have been trying for a week):

/address@concealed


Any idea what I have wrong?
