Was a broken task from sync from list that did not exit (1562941844.INIT.sync_include)

This is a new rhel7 server build. (rpm build install)
Do i miss any perl libs.

This was working in sympa 6.2.36 on rhel6 server (rpm build install)
include_list [% param.0 %]
