Hi,

the problems were caused by a known bug of 6.2.42:

Sympa::Scenario::new() was unable to load scenario filename including dots

https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa/pull/589

After applying the patch with

cd <SYMPA_BASE_DIR>/bin;

curl https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa/commit/592ed2eae0c38f38cfab26c0fa3d2049b37e98c5.patch | patch -p3

the upgrade was successful. :-)
