PDF itself is not distributed officially.  But you may be able to generate it from

the Markdown sources of documentation:

Some tools may be used, e.g.:

  - Markdown Preview Plus (extension for Google Chrome)

  - Markdown-PDF (Node.js module)

    https://github.com/alanshaw/markdown-pdf

Pandoc <https://pandoc.org/> is also mentioned, but it is not so compatible with GitHub flavored MarkDown.
