Running Sympa 6.2.35b.1 on CentOS 7.5

When I run sympa.pl --health_check, there are no errors, the database is
found, however when I
systemctl start sympa.service

I get:

Job for sympa.service failed because the control process exited with
error code. See "systemctl status sympa.service" and "journalctl -xe"
for details.

and I find this in /var/log/sympa.log

A module for Sympa::DatabaseDriver::Oracle is not installed. You should
download and install DBD::Oracle

sympa_wizard.pl --check reports
DBD::Oracle                     OK (1.74   >= 1.02)

Any ideas?
