The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Which user are you running the 'mailq' commands under? And which user is 
postfix running under? Look at the 'mail_owner' value in the main.cf file. 
You have only granted the 'sympa' user permissions to many of the directories 
under /var/spool/sympa/. What are the permissions on /var/spool/ and 
/var/spool/sympa/? That may be the issue.
