Hi;

You have set your 'unsubscribe' scenario for the list to 'closed', which appears to deny all unsubscribe activity.  This is why you can't unsubscribe with autosignoff.

You should change your list unsubscribe scenario to one that allows users to unsubscribe (you can still have a 'closed' scenario for subscription, though, if you want)
