The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

 

I’m fairly new to Sympa mailing list, so I do apologize If I’m not clear.  We recently upgraded to version 6.2.22 and ever since then, when subscribers go to send an email, they receive the following error message:

 

Command has failed:

Subscription request to list exampleforum

 The User 'address@concealed' is already subscriber of list 'exampleforum'.

 

Is there a way to turn off this message?  Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for your help.
