The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

 

I keep receiving the following error when attempting to first login or retrieve password from https://lists.rackspace.com/sympa/home             

“ERROR (requestpasswd) - Your password is stored in an LDAP directory, therefore Sympa cannot post a reminder”

 

Please provide me assistance so I am able to sign up for these lists.

Let me know if there’s anything I can do.
