The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

  Never noticed this before but if a list has 3-4 editors already,
and only editors or owners are allowed to send to the list, 
occasionaly if another editor gets added they won't be able to 
send to the list until the sympa software gets restarted and 
something gets jogged or reloaded?  Anyone else noticed this?
