Was able to make install sympa 6.2.15. after installing about 50 PERL modules
(excepting Crypt::SMIME due to an unknown libcrypto issue)

When running the wizard to define some required parameters that can't be
guessed
       /home/sympa/bin/sympa_wizard.pl

output: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /home/sympa/bin/
