The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm trying to figure out how to request that the Ubuntu install for Sympa be 
updated, at least to 6.1.22 for the DMARC changes.  I'm digging around on the 
ubuntu wiki but it occurred to me that someone here may have gone through 
that 
process before and have a contact in the ubuntu community.  I'd try the 
update 
myself but have a recollection that some stuff is not in the default 
locations.
