The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi. We have a user who had experienced problems sending to a list, and 
without having modified the list configuration itself, not modifying her 
subscription, or email settings, began sending to the list a few days later. 
The mail logs on our Sympa app, which runs Postfix, says, "status=bounced 
(mail forwarding loop for list)”. Yet, I cannot see evidence of a loop. The 
user is sending from our Exchange 2013 environment. We’re running 6.1.11.
