Hello,

I’m trying to limit the maximum number of subscribers per list. According the the sympa release notes we can do that with the parameter “default_max_list_members.” I tried, but sympa does not recognize that parameter in sympa.conf.

I get the following error:

Starting module sympa.pl: Line 359, unknown field: default_max_list_members in sympa.conf

Configuration file /usr/local/adm/config/sympa/sympa.conf has errors.

And here are the release notes detailing the parameter.

[7067] mail_tt2/command_report.tt2,

        mail_tt2/listmaster_notification.tt2, soap/sympasoap.pm,

        src/etc/edit_list.conf, src/lib/Commands.pm, src/lib/Family.pm,

        src/lib/List.pm, src/lib/Upgrade.pm, src/lib/confdef.pm,

src/sympa.pl.in, wwsympa/wwsympa.fcgi.in:  The maximum number of users

for a list can now be limited. This number is set using the new

"max_list_members" list parameter. If set to 0 (default), the number of

users is not limited. The default value for this list parameter is the

        new sympa.conf parameter "default_max_list_members".

Thanks,

Youcef
