Hi --

Oh, no!  I accidentally deleted a bunch of subscribers who were bouncing
instead of resetting their bounce errors. 

Luckily, I have a backup subscribers.db.dump file with all the users.

Ideally, I would like to import the entire backup file and just have it
ignore the subscribers that are already there (the ones that weren't
bouncing).

I'm not sure quite how to do this.  It looks like the import command
expects one user per line.
I don't understand the info on importing data from subscribers files:

Is it possible to change the data source to file (the backup file) and
then back to database?
