Hi Youcef,

there is also a way to prevent the notification mail when you reject an email via email-moderation:

If you click on the link to reject an email in the moderation mail another email-window will be opened.

This window is already filled in automatically and if you type the word „quiet“ before „REJECT listname 12345abc24w35qwdsgasdg“ the sender of the original email will not get a notification.

Best regards,

Sabine

Yes.  When on the moderation page, check the “Reject without notification” checkbox before clicking “Reject”.

I don’t believe this can be done via the mail-based moderation interface though, only via the web interface.

Hi,

Is there a way to reject a message without the sender receiving notice?

Thanks,

Youcef
