The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I recently upgraded to sympa 6.1.24 from 6.1.17.  I've gotten a couple 
of reports from users that said sending to <listname>-owner used to get 
the message delivered to the list owner but now those messages go 
nowhere.  The logs indicate that its trying to look up a list name as 
<listname>-owner instead of just <listname>

I tried porting the old 6.1.4 version of bounced.pl and the behavior is 
the same as far as I can tell so my question is should this work?
