I don’t know how to submit a bug properly, so sorry for the spam.

While running sympa.pl --upgrade in version 6.2b.9, I got this failure:

>>Undefined subroutine &Sympa::Tools::Text::fc called at /home/sympa/bin/Sympa/Tools/Text.pm line 71.

You can fix it by editing line 71 of Text.pm to read (added explicit CORE:: package name in call to fc):

>>return Encode::encode_utf8(CORE::fc(Encode::decode_utf8($str)));
