The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have been looking into another maillinglist system, but I am about to skip
it because it does not allow duplicate receivers for the same list.

The nature of our needs are requiring valid duplicates sent from an uploaded
csv-file

I have been trying to read about Sympa to figure out if this allows duplicates
to be sent from a list, but I am unable to find any info on this.

Anyone in here knows if this is possible?
