Yes, one email per line. You can also add anything after the email on each line: it will be saved as a gecos.

For example:

address@concealed Whatever tou want to add

will give you:

user email = address@concealed
user gecos = Whatever tou want to add


I'll check the doc. It's supposed to indicate this.
