The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello All,

I have installed sympa-6.1.22, months ago, I actually never used moderated lists
because it does not work on my install.

If a list is moderated,
A normal user end an email to the list.
The sender gets a message saying the mail was transmitted to moderator.
ls -la .../spool/moderation

The owner (if no editor) of the list gets a  to mail to approve or reject the mail.
The owner/moderator send an email approval with subject
DISTRIBUTE test_bulk 678c873f24c259d92dbfcd9cdd16dc2e

Probleme 1--> nothing happen (except the mail is received by list master)

If I go to the web interface, and select the message for distribution
The message is renamed into sool/moderation

Probleme 2: the message is never sent

Any idea where I have done something wrong ?

(remember might be an installation / default config, but I dont find any information on this)
