You can't do this with a scenario (they are for authorization, not for 
changing the content).

However, I'm not certain, but you might be able to do this with message Topic 
tagging.  I've never played with this feature but it does seem to modify the 
subject based on content pattern matching.

I'm interested in make a scenario to modify custom_subject of a e-mail
based on the mail From.
That is possible in sympa scenario? I didn't saw a scenario action to
set a list variable.
