Upgraded from 6.1.4 to 6.1.23. So far things seem fine. However, I'm noticing the following in the logs:
Sep 28 10:06:16 localhost sympa[6963]: info List::_load_include_admin_user_file() Bad entry "include_list [% param.0 %]" in /deploy/sympa/etc/data_sources/owner_or_moderator_sympa_list.incl
and that file looks like this

include_list [% param.0 %]
---cut---
Been looking in the on-line docs and it would seem this is still supported, but perhaps I'm missing something....
