The patch as published to the list will work against 6.1.17; however it is 
slightly different from the version finally accepted by the project and 
present in the current development snapshot (the config item names have been 
standardised by the Sympa team before incorporation)

So you can either apply the patch to your 6.1.17, with the proviso that you 
may need to change the configuration directive names when you upgrade to 
6.1.20 or later; or else download the snapshot from the subversion repo which 
should have the latest with the functionality added (but is not an official 
stable version)

We are running 6.1.19 with the patch applied.
