The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is there anyway to halt a distribution in progress?  There's a rather large list, and they need to kill a post that is still going out.  I know TERM will end processing (and skill Sympa as well), but as soon as Sympa is restarted, it'll resume where it left off.

I'm guessing I'll have to manually delete things from the bulk table, correct?
