It might be your version of Apache - I've managed to overwrite other system
CGI env vars using SetEnv in the past (not using fcgid), though not
SERVER_NAME in particular. Possibly this one is set later, maybe by the
fcgid handler - I'd need to experiment.

At least we have a working solution now. Maybe the 'http_host
www.terena.org/refeds.org' method will be more successful?
