The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

You need to restart your webserver and sympa to have changes to those files 
notices by the web interface and the sympa service.

Hi,

I've added new listmaster email to sympa.conf and robot.conf. Does 
sympa.pl restart read this new info or do I need some additional commands?
