The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
as a listmaster i can configure  include_ldap_query in the web interface 
for a given list
and get mailing lists members from ldap queries.

this interface is not available to privileged owners but only to 
listmasters.

How can I make it available for list owners so that they can retrieve 
member informations from LDAP ?

MY sympa version is 6.1.7
