so it is not working becasue with this metadata the IdP is redirecting me to infinity... since the metadata entityID is wrong.

Just quickly glanced at this.  If the entry in Metadata is wrong, that needs to be fixed on the IdP and any cached copy on the SP refreshed afterward as a start.  Your configurations in the shibboleth2.xml and Apache virtual host configuration look okay at first glance.
