The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

The debian distribution, which the Ubuntu packages are based on, have 
improper permissions for the .cgi scripts and have been that way for as 
long as I can remember.

They should be owned by sympa:sympa, and also, you need to chmod ug+s 
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/sympa/wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi

There were other various difficulties that I've had with debian sympa 
packages over the years.  Mostly minor things that I've (eventually) 
been able to figure out.
