Resolved. Apparently, I had missed that one of the messages in the /var/spool/sympa/msg was well over *200Mb* in size. Sympa was continually choking on the message until I removed it and restarted Sympa.

-and then sent an email of reproach to the sender. Yeesh... o.o;;

It sounds like maybe the sympa distribute daemon is dying.

After you restart sympa, have you confirmed that you still have two sympa.pl processes running?

What version of sympa are you running?


Incoming mails are received and I see "delivered to command:
/usr/lib/sympa/bin/queue" in mail logs. However, the emails show up
in /var/spool/sympa/msg and sit there with no further action. Sympa
was running fine earlier today, no changes were made by either
myself or any other admin.

Any suggestions...?
