The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello I migrated my sympa with its database to a new hardware.

the problem is that everything stop working.

for every mailing list I have duplicate entries upon INSERT (why sympa 
tries to insert into admin table ?)

Jun  5 13:04:00 lists wwsympa[3059]: err List::add_admin_user() Unable 
to execute SQL statement "INSERT INTO admin_table

this for every mailing list, not even one list is OK for sympa...

and as a consequence I have plenty of sympa messages telling that no 
owner is defined for every list...

I migrated the sympa database properly and on the new hardware/host 
sympa installation I did sympa.pl -upgrade with no erros
on the operation of sympa DB schema update. I upgraded from 6.1.7 to 6.1.9

any hints ?

my lists are all blocked...
