to get past sympa_wizard.pl you can just 

setenv PERL5LIB /usr/lib/MHonArc

or whatever

this won't work for wwsympa, though, even if you tell apache to put it in the 
environment.  i modified the source of all the scripts to add this and some 
other dirs to @INC explicitly.
