Hi Roger,

Thank you for your answer. Not sure if you're trying to answer me or Ed.

I found "not_me" under the reception mode? This mode is used when a 
subscriber does not want to receive copies of messages that he or she 
has sent to the list.

Unfortunately, that doesn't solve my problem, where I want the system 
not to send the message to people saying that they're already 
subscribed!  Anybody?

Ed, what you could use is: notice or urlize!
