The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

hello,
I moved the main robot host to /home/sympa/etc/myrobot.org/ instead of 
the default /home/sympa/etc

so I created a file /home/sympa/etc/myrobot.org/robot.conf
and I inserted the option

create_list  public_listmaster



but this options looks liek ti is ignored


Sympa users cannot see anymore the creat list menu, and only te 
listmaster can see the create lsit menu in hte www interface

any hints ?

I am using sympa 6.1.3
