The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is anyone using SpamAssassin with sendmail, specifically in a Sympa server?  Since this is the only server on which I run sendmail, I'm trying to avoid doing to deep a reminder dive into it, and wonder if y'all have decent integration recipes.
