Looks like nobody has run into this problem before... 

Could someone at least tell me if [msg_part->type] is the only place to look 
for charset of multipart message ?

Hello All.

I need to pass incoming message charset into my custom condition module and 
I'm having trouble to do that when the message is in HTML format. 

For plain text message I can use [msg_header->Content-Type] parameter in 
auth.scenario. For HTML message [msg_part->type] contains content types for 
each part of the message. The problem is that [msg_part->type] contains only 
"text/plain" or "text/html" and no "charset". 

Is there some other way I can pass charset of a multipart message into custom 
condition ?
